AnneyFriday (AF) offers exclusively designed and individually hand-crafted jewelry, made with precious and semi-precious gems, freshwater pearls, silk, varied organic materials, sterling silver and 14K gold-filled metal. Each piece may differ slightly based on availability and natural variations in gemstones. We carry limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces, so our inventory and product selections change frequently. This makes your AnneyFriday pieces even more unique! Our jewelry is hand-crafted in the U.S.A., with the exception of our antique components, which are found all over the world. We provide the most accurate information available to us on the materials used in our products.
Some AF items displayed on www.anneyfriday.com are also available at select U.S. retail boutiques. Each boutique sets prices for its AF retail products. AnneyFriday does not regulate boutique prices.
Upon request (in the comments box at the time you place order), rubber ear guards can be added to french hook earwires – free of charge. Our wires are designed to be secure, but if you feel you need extra protection, these will ensure your earrings stay in place.
Care for Your Jewels
Your AF jewelry is designed and hand-crafted as a contemporary heirloom—delicate, yet strong, suitable for everyday wear. Be gentle with your jewels and avoid tangles with long or delicate items. Please handle jewelry with care by storing it neatly and keeping items away from beauty products. Perfume, hair products, or body lotions may cause damage to gemstones and metals. When exposed to air, some metals and gemstones may oxidize or change color. We recommend that you keep AF jewelry in an air-tight container and use a gentle polishing cloth to clean. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the care of your new AF jewelry.
Ordering and Shipping Policy
Payment Methods: AF accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and paypal.com. Your AnneyFriday order will arrive gift wrapped in our signature gift box.
Orders Within the Continental United States: At AF, each piece of jewelry is hand-made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days for all deliveries within the continental U. S. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. A shipping and handling fee of $8.50 will be added to each order under $100. Orders over $100 receive FREE shipping!* We charge local, county and state taxes for online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

All orders will be shipped via UPS GROUND or United States Postal Service (USPS), with a tracking number unless otherwise specified. AF is responsible for our merchandise until the designated carrier accepts delivery of the order. If merchandise is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you should file a claim with the DELIVERY CARRIER within 5 business days of your receipt of AF’s order. We will assist you in supplying any necessary information for submission of your claim to the CARRIER. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping or claims.

Orders Outside the Continental United States: International shipping times and charges will differ, and international shipping areas are limited. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in placing an order that will be shipped internationally.
At AnneyFriday, your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within Seven days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number. Please send us your unworn merchandise in its original packaging and your AF Return Authorization Number, via an insured carrier for an exchange or merchandise credit. We will contact you when your merchandise arrives at AnneyFriday. Sales are final on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes, custom orders and sale items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
In the event that your AnneyFriday jewelry becomes damaged under reasonable circumstances (extreme wear and tear does not count!), we would gladly repair the piece free of charge within 60 days of the shipping date. After that, a small materials and shipping fee will apply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for questions and Repair Authorizations.
Color Matching Policy
AF makes every effort to provide color consistency in the materials we use. There may be slight color or tone variations in our materials from piece to piece based on natural variations in materials. We also make the best effort to accurately display our merchandise colors on AF’s website. We do not control nor regulate color variations on our customer’s computer settings, monitors or web browsers. Please contact us if you have questions regarding product color.
